- 09:30 – Bus pickup from Morioka station
- 10:45 – Arrive at school and refreshments
- 11:00 – Introduction to Harrow Appi Education and agenda
- 11:40 – Campus Tour
- 12:40 – Lunch in the Mess (school canteen)
- 13:30 – Introduction to Learning in Nature: Academic Lesson
- 14:40 – Into the Wild: Hiking at the local waterfall
- 16:00 – Admissions consultation and onsite application available
- 17:00 – Bus returns to Morioka station or local hotel
